Cozy comfort food, is a good way of describing the compote; Perfect morning could starts with this delicious mix of taste, apple compote with Chia pudding and Carrot purée, delicious and easy to make!
Prepare the apples: peel, core and dice the fruits into ¾ -inch pieces, and then place them into a small pan with the butter; pour in the cinnamon, the elixir Focus, and the sugar. Bring up to a medium/low heat and add the water, cover and cook the mixture about 15 minutes, until soft , stir now and again , and leave it to cool when chunky. Then make the purée, using a wooden spoon or potato masher to break it up to your desired consistency.
Soak the seeds in milk of your choice ,until they take on a chewy texture reminiscent of tapioca pudding, about 20 minutes refrigerated.
Peel carrots, and cut into 1-inch pieces, and cover them up with water. Bring to a boil over high heat, and let them cook about 15/20 mn until tender and then purée
Layer the apple compote, then the chia pudding and on the top the carrot puree in small jars or small bowls ; serve and enjoy!
