½ cup natural sweetener (honey or maple syrup are the best)
1 cup puffed buckwheat
1 cup puffed quinoa
1 cup mixed nuts, slightly chopped (walnuts, cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts)
1 cup mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame)
1 cup flaked unsweetened coconut
1 tsp fine grain salt, sounds wrong, but a must if you want tasty granola
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup dried fruits, raisins cranberries and/or chopped dried apricots
½ teaspoon of Cokare's Energy Adaptogen Mushroom Elixir
