Salad for radiant skin with all the benefits of papaya, tremella and chaga mushrooms
Preparation
Peel the papaya and cut it into slices. Split the avocado and cut it into small cubes. Cut the cucumber into slices. Cut the onion in fine julienne.
Prepare the vinaigrette: 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, the juice of half a lime, Get Glowing sachet, teaspoon of grated ginger and a pinch of Himalayan salt. Mix well. Reserve.
Arrange the ingredients that you cut on a tray, add the crumbled feta cheese and the fresh cilantro leaves.
Dress with the vinaigrette and serve.
